I’ve mentioned here before that I regard the Sears Crosstown building as the Holy Grail of urban exploration in Memphis.
I wanted to be inside her.. explore her.
*ahem*
Anyways, when I got in touch with awesome Memphis Photographer Amie Vanderford about doing a shoot, she suggested meeting at the Sears Crosstown and take a few shots inside.
I was like, “Whaaaaaaa?!”
We met up with Frank, who’s been the groundskeeper there for 10 years, on a chilly, wet day and headed in.
Awesomeness ensued.
